[singlepic id=347 w=320 h=240 float=left]With so much going on at Sairee Cottage Diving with dive professional training it’s been a while since we had an update on the blog.

First up we have Stefan & Anne from Germany and Ruben & Diana from Mexico who are in the final stages of finishing their SSI Dive Master [singlepic id=349 w=320 h=240 float=right]Course. We also have Gal from England finishing his PADI Dive Master Course so we are expecting a big snorkel test in this weekend.

[singlepic id=348 w=320 h=240 float=left]For those that don’t know a snorkel test is part of the rite of passage to becoming a dive master where the graduating students must drink a cocktail bucket  of alcohol, juice, yoghurt and various other things through a blacked out mask and snorkel. A messy little affair, good luck guys!

[singlepic id=350 w=320 h=240 float=right]Also currently studying their SSI Dive Master is Linda from Germany. With most of the academics out of the way it’s now time for a fun couple of weeks in the water learning dive leader rescue skills and interning with the full time dive masters learning how to handle dive shop logistics, running the boats and leading certified divers on underwater tours.

We also have Al who finished his Dive Control Specialist course a couple of month’s back currently doing his SSI Instructor Training Course with us. We look forward to having AL around the dive centre as an SSI instructor.

With the island now moving into high season what better time to think about making a lifestyle change or simply taking a break and enjoying the tropical lifestyle of Koh Tao.
