Barry is our in house a.s.s.e.t. technician, SSI instructor and speed boat captain.
His extensive knowledge on equipment and the local dive sites make Barry one of the best dive leaders around.
Barry offers regulator and b.c.d. servicing to all our customers at very reasonable prices.

Hi all;
I’m Trevor the owner/manager of Sairee cottage diving, I’m a PADI and SSI instructor but spend most of my time in the dive shop making sure everything runs as smooth as possible.
Originally from north Dublin i have spent a lot of my 20′s traveling the world, after some restless years i finally ended up in Thailand and then Koh Tao, where i fell in love with the island life style and the underwater world. After spending 4 years working as a Dive Master and Videographer I decided it as time to take the leap and open my own dive shop. so if you contact Sairee Cottage Diving there is a very good chance it will be me you are talking with, and i take great pride in making sure all our customers receive the special treatment they deserve on there dream holiday.

Dominic Wood-Smith, England

PADI Master Instructor & SSI Master Instructor, Dominic or ‘Bear’ has been teaching diving for 10 years. His instruction has received recognition of excellence from PADI. He is also a Technical diving instructor, Sidemount instructor and mixed gas diver having conducted dives to 100m deep.

Originally from Texas, I like to shake things up and move around to different places every couple of years (the South, the East Coast, Spain for a bit, and the Pacific Northwest). In 2011, I needed to rediscover my “muchness” (a stolen quote from the movie, Alice in Wonderland) and decided to follow summer for a year. That’s when I discovered Koh Tao. I was fortunate enough to have completed the majority of my training here at Sairee Cottage and am now both a PADI and SSI instructor. The Sairee Cottage vibe is super relaxed and very focused on diving. Now, I live on a tropical island and work with a great group of people. Lucky me! Come join us for a bit of diving and island life – you might just never leave!

Neil is our SSI Instructor Trainer. He is also a PADI and BSAC Instructor. With 12 years experience in training, retail and hospitality he adds great enthusiasm to the team. From England, Neil moved to Koh Tao in 2008 and has worked at Sairee Cottage since 2009. His passion for diving is proof of how you could change your life from that 9 to 5, to island life in the sun!

Sarah Flinn-Campbell, Ireland

Sarah is a SSI Specialty Instructor and PADI MSDT and has been living on Koh Tao since 2010. Sarah started diving in Ireland over nine years ago. She came to Sairee cottage to do her Dive Master Training and never left! She loves the friendly atmosphere and good craic around the dive shop. It’s become a home away from home.

Chris Fitzgerald, New Zealand

Chris is an SSI specialty instructor and PADI Divemaster. Since first arriving on Koh Tao back in 2004 he hasn’t looked back, with over 2000 dives and 8 years diving Koh Tao’s fantastic dive sites Chris will make your dive trip an amazing experience.
