Our Dive Boats

Sairee Cottage Diving Koh Tao is by far the most flexible diving school on the island. Two dedicated dive boats are all day long at your disposal! Our traditional Big Boat departs on a morning '2 dive' trip and then departs again on an afternoon '2 dive' trip. Or you can opt for our speed boat which guarantees you swift and easy access to the best of Koh Tao's dive sites.

Our Zodiac

The Zodiac is an American designed, European built RHIB. (rigid hull inflatable boat). It is U.S coastguard approved and was originally designed as a rescue craft, which means it is virtually unsinkable. The boat comes with a 140hp four stroke outboard engine. With a lenght of 5.50m, the Zodiac makes an ideal diving craft for up to 6 divers. The Zodiac gets you to the dive site fast. It is also perfect for boat charters and for our BSAC/CDA Seamanship and boat handling or coxswain courses.

Traditional Big Boat

This spacious dive boat was originally built as a fishing boat, but has been specially redesigned and rebuilt by divers for divers, with comfort and safety in mind. Our dive boat comes with a shower and toilet, a comfortable seating fore and aft, and a spacious sun deck for relaxed, sun-soaked dive trips with complementary fresh fruits and drinks. All these features make this 15m dive boat an ideal scuba diving platform for beginners diving courses to professional divers and scuba diving instructors. The boat leaves twice daily in the morning and afternoon for 2 dives each time. We also run special trips to Sail Rock and Samran Pinnacle.

N.B. All our dive boats carry onboard VHF radio, GPS, depth & fish finder, emergency oxygen, first aid kits and spare equipment as standard issue.
